A: Yes. We accept OEM based on MOQ, but the quantity more than 1X20GP.

A: Yes, you're welcome to visit our factory and showroom in Guangdong. We can also arrange a video tour for overseas buyers.

A: We only accept wholesale orders, and our MOQ varies by product. But we accept smaller trial orders for new customers. As long as your order reaches the MOQ for the item you need, we're happy to fulfill it. Tell us your quantities and we'll work with you.

A: Our trees feature leaves made of PE or silk fabric, combined with trunks and branches made of fiberglass, plastic, or solid wood.

A: Yes. Our outdoor artificial tree range is UV-resistant and weather-resistant, meaning they do not easily fade or crack when exposed to sunlight, wind, or rain. Many of our trees are widely used in hotel courtyards, for streetscape decoration, and at various event venues.

A: We produce artificial trees and plants in a wide range of sizes, spanning from 30cm tabletop ornaments to outdoor palm trees reaching up to 10 meters in height. Do you have specific height requirements for your project? We can customize them to your specifications.

A: Our product range includes larges artificial trees, artificial green walls, potted plants (including both foliage and flowering varieties), wedding tabletop decorative trees, and other botanical decor. You can source all these products from one supplier.

A: Yes. Height, trunk shape, leaf color, density, and pot style can all be adjusted. Send us your drawings, photos, or reference images and we'll confirm what's possible.

A: Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity. Larger wholesale orders get better unit prices, and project orders can be quoted specially.

A: We accept T/T. Payment<=USD5000, 100% in advance. Payment>USD5000, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

A: Yes. For any custom or bulk order, you can order a sample first to check the product's texture, color, and size before placing the official order. If you wish to save time, we can also showcase the product to you via video.

A: Standard production takes 7-10 days after sample confirmation and deposit. Large project orders can be scheduled around your installation date.

A: Yes, we can prioritize urgent event orders. Contact us with your date as early as possible, and we'll plan production to meet it.

A: The large artificial trees are packaged in sections-with the trunk, branches, and foliage separated-to allow for compact shipping and quick on-site assembly. This packaging method effectively prevents damage during long-distance ocean transport and saves on shipping costs.

A: We ship worldwide by sea, air, or rail. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP - our team will recommend the most cost-effective option for your destination and order size.

A: Yes. While large palm trees require equipment like a forklift for installation, small to medium-sized fake trees can be assembled manually by simply inserting parts according to their corresponding numbers; fake potted plants under 120cm usually come as a single unit and require no assembly.

A: For large-scale projects, we provide detailed installation plans and remote guidance.

A: If any parts arrive damaged or defective, please take a photo and send it to us immediately; we will provide a free replacement or a repair solution.

A: We maintain production records and can supply spare leaves, branches, or pots for existing models. Simply contact us with your order number.
